The tree house named «M» is the last family tree house built in the Estate, accessible to 2 or even 3 persons including children from 2 years of age onwards. The «M» tree house is also accessible to people with reduced mobility, by a long suspended walkway of more than 40 meters long, and/or by a staircase. This universal-access tree house is that of all differences and has obtained in 2014, the french label "Tourism & Disability", for the 4 impairments. In order to make it possible for everyone to have access to the wonderful world of tree houses, it was indeed important for Bois Landry to be able to accommodate everyone.
